The Role:
We’re looking for a sharp, tech-savvy ERP Implementation Specialist to lead the implementation, optimisation, and ongoing management of our new scaffolding business management software, Scaflog, across the scaffolding arm of our business.
This is an exciting opportunity to shape how we operate across two thriving scaffolding companies — WMA Scaffolding and Perimeter Scaffolding — by helping us unlock the full potential of Scaflog. You’ll start part-time as you learn and embed the system, with the role growing into a full-time position as you become the expert in all things Scaflog.
About the role
You’ll become the go-to expert on Scaflog, responsible for driving its successful rollout and ensuring it supports our teams, projects, and clients effectively.
In this hands-on, dynamic role, you’ll work closely with the Scaflog support team, as well as our internal General Manager and Assistant GM, to get the system up and running smoothly. Together you’ll customise it to fit our business needs, train our team, and continuously optimise its use.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Learning, implementing, and tailoring Scaflog for our operations.
Working alongside the Scaflog team to ensure a smooth rollout.
Managing the migration of data and ensuring accuracy and integrity.
Training and supporting staff to use the platform confidently and correctly.
Monitoring data, reporting, and workflows to identify and resolve issues.
Analysing business data from Scaflog to provide actionable insights to improve efficiency, scheduling, and profitability.
Continuously seeking opportunities to improve processes and outcomes through the system.
What we’re looking for
We’re not just after someone who can ‘use software’ — we’re looking for someone who thrives on learning, understands data, and can confidently take ownership of this critical business system while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
You’ll likely have:
Experience with business management software, ERP, CRM, or similar platforms.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with great attention to detail.
The ability to understand business processes and translate them into effective system workflows.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — able to train and support team members at all levels.
A proactive and adaptable mindset — you see a problem and solve it.
Prior experience in construction, scaffolding, or trade-related industries is a plus but not essential.
Why join us?
Be part of two growing, respected scaffolding companies in Victoria
Lead the implementation of a cutting-edge software that will transform how we operate.
Start part-time while you learn the ropes, with a clear pathway to full-time.
Work directly with supportive leadership who value innovation and initiative.
See the visible results of your work in improving operations and outcomes.
Ready to take on this challenge?
If you’re eager to become the go-to Scaflog expert and play a key role in streamlining how we run our business, we want to hear from you!
Submit your CV along with a brief cover letter explaining why you’re the ideal person to take on this exciting challenge.
