About HEATECH

Heatech Services Pty Ltd is a small Brisbane based commercial catering service/repair company which was established in late 2012. Heatech services the Brisbane, Sunshine Coast and Gold Coast areas and currently employs three Technicians. Our aim is to provide exceptional customer service, attention to detail and be proactive in our approach to all matters.

Heatech specializes but is not limited to the pizza industry with our focus being oven installs, re-locations, servicing, repairs and maintenance of all the big brands in the pizza industry including Middleby Marshall, Lincoln and XLT Conveyor Ovens. Heatech services any commercial kitchen including chain stores from Domino’s, Pizza Hut, Crust Pizza and Pizza Capers to individual store operators, Hotels, Taverns, Supplier's and Restaurants.

About your Role

Be trained up in Repairing, installing and maintaining both Electrical and Gas Commercial Catering Equipment. Must Have a full Electrical License. Bonus to have a full Gas Type A License. If no Gas license is held, we can arrange and pay for the course.

As a Commercial Catering Repair Technician at HEATECH, you play a critical role in ensuring the seamless operation of commercial kitchens by expertly diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of catering equipment. Your technical knowledge, hands-on skill, and commitment to safety and compliance directly support our clients in the hospitality, foodservice, and institutional sectors—keeping their kitchens running efficiently and minimizing downtime. Whether responding to emergency breakdowns or performing scheduled maintenance, you deliver fast, reliable, and professional service with a customer-first approach, ensuring every job meets the highest standards of quality and performance.

Selection Criteria

Full Queensland Electrical License

Manual Drivers License

Construction White/Blue Card

CPR Certificate

Have a can-do positive attitude

Desire to work and Learn

Excellent communication, verbal and written skills

Team Player

Physically fit and able to perform manual duties

Some heavy lifting involved

Ability to plan work and effective time management

Maintain and adhere to work safe policies
