The role

Greentech Engineering Solutions' is seeking a motivated and skilled A Grade Electrician or 3rd-4th Year Apprentice to join our team in Truganina, Victoria. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of solar energy systems, ensuring our clients receive reliable and efficient renewable power solutions.

Key responsibilities

Perform electrical installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting on solar panels, inverters, and other solar energy components

Liaise with clients to understand their requirements and provide technical advice

Ensure all work is completed to the highest safety and quality standards, in compliance with relevant regulations and industry best practices

Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of Greentech's solar energy solutions

Assist with the training and mentoring of junior electricians and apprentices

What we're looking for

A Grade Electrician qualification and 3rd-4th Year Apprenticeship in Electrical

Experience in the installation, maintenance, and repair of solar energy systems

Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, solar components, and relevant regulations

Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills

Commitment to safety and quality standards

Strong communication and customer service skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
