SEN Australia is a technician-led, electrician-owned solar company based in Melbourne. We pride ourselves on quality, accountability, and doing things right — no shortcuts, no cowboys. All our work is done in-house by a close-knit team that actually cares about the finished product.

We’re growing, and with some upcoming changes in the team, we’re looking to bring on a reliable, switched-on 2nd or 3rd year apprentice to support current and future projects.

What We’re Looking For

✅ Currently enrolled as a 2nd or 3rd year electrical apprentice
✅ Manual driver’s license – this is essential
✅ Comfortable on roofs and at heights
✅ Prior solar experience is a strong advantage
✅ Willing to travel regionally when needed
✅ Strong work ethic, good attitude, punctual, and coachable
✅ Can follow instructions, work clean, and take pride in the job

What You’ll Be Doing

Assist with residential and commercial solar installs

Perform roof work, mounting panels and managing cabling

Support our A-Grade electricians onsite

Keep tools and materials organised

Help uphold SEN’s reputation for clean, high-quality work

Work closely with a team that will teach you the right way to do things
