What You’ll Be Doing:

In their award-winning Corporate & M&A practice, you’ll structure and steer high-impact transactions from inception through completion, collaborating with senior partners and specialist teams.

• Structure, draft & negotiate takeover schemes and sale agreements
• Lead cross-jurisdictional due diligence and valuation workshops
• Advise on regulatory clearances, FIRB & capital markets processes
• Drive client presentations, board papers and post-deal integration

What You’ll Bring:

• Fully qualified as a lawyer with admission to practice in Victoria
• 5+ years’ PQE in M&A, corporate advisory or related disciplines
• Outstanding deal-management, drafting & stakeholder skills
• Experience with cross-border transactions and regulatory filings
• A collaborative, solutions-oriented and client-focused mindset
