We are a growing psychology practice in Sydney’s Northern Beaches committed to providing exceptional care to our clients by empowering them. We aim to help individuals and families across the lifespan.

We’re located in a secure building with cozy rooms and onsite parking.

We provide full admin support and a steady flow of referrals.

Our team currently includes psychologists who work with children, adolescents, adults, and families.

We are now seeking a dedicated and conscientious psychologist to join our team to help us continue servicing our clients.

Psychologist Role – 1:1 Therapy Focus on Children and Adolescents

As a Psychologist focusing on individual therapy for children and adolescents, you will:

Provide evidence-based therapeutic support for children with learning, developmental, emotional, or behavioural challenges.

Develop and implement tailored intervention strategies for children and their families.

Work collaboratively with parents, schools, and healthcare providers to support children’s well-being.

Utilise evidence based modalities suited to child-focused work.

Optionally contribute to professional development initiatives for schools, parents, or community groups.

Psychologist Role – 1:1 Therapy Focus on Adolescents and Adults

As a Psychologist with a focus on 1:1 therapy, you will:

Provide individual therapy to adolescents.

Provide individual therapy to adults (including MHTP and work cover).

Utilise evidence-based therapeutic approaches.

Optionally contribute to professional development initiatives for schools, parents, or community groups.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will:

Hold a full registration with AHPRA as a clinical or general psychologist.

Eligible for Medicare provider number.

A current Working with Children Clearance (WWCC).

Have relevant experience in this area.

Be trained with EMDR (preferred but not essential).

Be SIRA accredited (or willingness to obtain accreditation).

Have excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for helping clients achieve their potential.

Be committed to continuous professional development and ethical practice.

Work well in a team environment.

Be willing to participate in activities to increase your profile in the Northern Beaches community. Be proactive dealing with GPs to build a relationship with them.

Current Australian resident with no restrictions to working in Australia.

What We Offer

A supportive and collaborative team environment.

The potential for between 2 and 5 days (minimum 2 days).

Contract role.

$130,000 to $180,000 full time equivalent (based on 5 days/week and 6 weeks of leave).

Access to supervision, and a practice book club as part of your professional development.

Remuneration negotiable depending on your experience level.

An established relationship with referrers in the area and great admin support.
