Our team currently consists of three Physiotherapists, five Exercise Physiologists, one Dietitian, one Occupational Therapist and one Podiatrist. We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate full-time physiotherapist to join our team as we drive to be the leading organisation for recovery, rehabilitation & training for Sydney. To work with athletic/sporting population groups and be the leaders in programming, testing and recovery.

To offer a more progressive approach to sport and exercise, encompassing all divisions of allied health services with strength and conditioning.

Our facility has been designed into distinct areas to provided targeted treatment and training programs to successfully achieve the goals with our clients; these areas include:

Strength/Conditioning and Power Training – Wide range of Life Fitness, Rogue, Atlantis, Power Lifting Racks, Kabuki Strength Bars & Panatta.

Functional and Performance Training – Keiser Machines, Sleds, Synthetic Grass area, and a wide variety of cardio machines

Reformer Pilates - Mobility, Flexibility and Core Strengthening

Private Clinical Treatment Rooms

Performance/Injury Testing - VALD

About the Role: We are looking for a full-time physiotherapist to help drive our ambition into healthier and sportier population groups. Someone with an active-based treatment approach however, can also provide manual therapy treatment to complement the active recovery. We are looking for someone who enjoys working in a team and wants to implement and develop new ideas as we grow our service offering and become the leaders in rehabilitation and performance. Travel is essential between two different work locations. Our main practice is based in Glendenning and the other location is within a medical centre (5 min drive) where you will closely collaborate with internal GPs.

Benefits:

Base Salary: $75,000-$100,000 + very attractive commission structure (on average of $10,000-$20,000 per year) + Incentives + Super

Shadowing for the first month for a smooth commencement into the role

Essential Criteria:

Degree in Physiotherapy

Current AHPRA registration

Able to provide your own Professional Indemnity Insurance

Must be an Australian Citizen

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to establish rapport with clients

SIRA number or be willing to apply for a SIRA number

Current NSW Driver’s Licence with a NSW registered Vehicle

Be willing to undertake a National Police and Working with Children Check
