Physiotherapist – Dual Location

We are looking for a dedicated professional to join our team, where you’ll have the opportunity to provide exceptional clinic-based physiotherapy care and, if desired, collaborate with members of our Housed Gym for a holistic approach to rehabilitation and wellness.

The Role:

Clinic-Based Physiotherapy: You’ll provide hands-on physiotherapy treatment in our fully equipped clinics, focusing on musculoskeletal rehabilitation, injury prevention, and pain management.

Individualized Treatment Plans: Create personalized treatment plans for a wide range of conditions, using evidence-based techniques to help clients recover and achieve long-term results.

Rehabilitation Focus: Manage a variety of conditions including but not limited to sprains, strains, post-surgery recovery, chronic pain, sports injuries, and posture correction.

Patient Education: Guide patients through exercises, stretches, and lifestyle modifications that promote healing and prevent further injury, using your expert knowledge to empower them in their recovery.

Collaboration: You’ll also have the opportunity to work alongside gym members at our Housed Gym locations, integrating your physiotherapy knowledge with fitness training to improve performance, recovery, and overall well-being.

Flexible Role Structure: Full-time role with 4 weeks annual leave, split between Thornleigh and Macquarie Park, with flexible working hours to suit your lifestyle.

Client-Centered Approach: Focus on delivering compassionate, high-quality care with a clear focus on improving your client’s functional outcomes.

Optional: Personal Training (PT) Involvement:

While Personal Training experience is not required, we are open to physiotherapists who are also qualified PTs or have an interest in combining physiotherapy with personal training. If you’re looking to expand your role to include personal training sessions or integrated rehab programs, this is a great opportunity to blend both skills and enhance your career development.

What We’re Looking For:

Experienced Physiotherapists: With hands-on experience in treating musculoskeletal and orthopedic conditions and a passion for delivering high-quality care.

Optional Personal Training Experience: PT qualifications are not essential but are a bonus if you’re interested in integrating fitness training with physiotherapy.

Collaborative Team Player: You enjoy working alongside a team of health professionals, including physiotherapists, trainers, and other specialists, to achieve the best outcomes for clients.

What we offer

Base salary & Bonus/Profit Share

38 hours per week (part-time considered).

4 weeks annual leave.

In house CPD and a further $2000.00 + 20 paid hours per year to use on personal CPD.

Membership to multi-sport facilities owned by the company.

Essential Criteria

A degree in Physiotherapy.

Current AHPRA registration.

Demonstrated excellent communication, time management and organizational skills.

Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Demonstrated effective interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
