The Role

• Developing and maintaining detailed project schedules and coordinate the activities of various project teams
• Tracking and monitoring project budgets, timelines, and deliverables
• Assisting with project documentation, including reports, variations, and compliance
• Supporting the team in the delivery of high-quality projects on time and within scope

The Criteria

• A solid understanding of construction processes, contract administration, and project management principles
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
• Experience in construction project coordination or similar role within the construction industry, ideally here in Adelaide
• Strong communicator with sound coordination and follow-up skills
• Degree or diploma in Construction Management, Project Management, or similar (preferred)
