4ME Pilates is on the lookout for a passionate and energetic Hot Mat Pilates Instructor to join our Sunbury studio team several days per week. Whether you're an experienced instructor or newly qualified and eager to step into your first role, we provide the support, structure, and opportunity to help you thrive.

We’re looking for someone who:

Is certified to teach Pilates (Cert III/IV, Matwork etc. welcome)

Has an enthusiastic and caring teaching style

Loves helping people feel strong, empowered, and supported in their fitness journey

Is reliable, professional, and keen to contribute to a positive studio environment

Ideally has group class experience (but we’re happy to support and upskill the right person)

Bonus if you:

Have experience teaching in heated rooms or are open to learning

Live locally or have ties to the Sunbury community
