Overview

Our client is seeking a Defence Requirements Engineer with demonstrated experience in requirements development and FPS artefact production within the Land domain. The successful candidate will support a major Defence acquisition project through the derivation and management of capability requirements and preparation of key documentation aligned with the One Defence Capability System (ODCS). This position plays a critical role in ensuring capability alignment and traceability across project phases and industry engagement.

Essential Requirements

Proven experience in requirements derivation and analysis in Defence capability

Experience supporting land domain projects in requirements activities

Demonstrated ability to produce and develop multiple Functional Performance Specification (FPS) artefacts to support ASDEFCON suite documents

Familiarity with Approach to Market (ATM) development and supporting pre-Gate 2 industry engagement

Desirable Experience

Knowledge of ASDEFCON templates and Defence contracting processes

Understanding of pre-Gate 2 and Gate 2 requirements

Experience working with Land Systems Division in CASG
