Level 7 - $132,595.68 per annum, including $20,000 Port Hedland Allowance*
Residential Preferred (Non-residential hybrid arrangements are considered)
* Port Hedland Allowance to be only applies to residential employees in line with the Town of Port Hedland Industrial Agreement

The Role
The role of Senior - Asset Management is a Fixed Term, Full-Time (38 Hour Per Week, Monday-Friday) position until 30 June 2027.
In this exciting leadership role, you'll be the mastermind behind advancing the Town's strategic asset management goals. You'll coordinate a slick, integrated system to manage assets, data, and practices, ensuring alignment with the long-term financial plan and annual budgets.
As a change leader with an eye for detail and a passion for process improvement, you'll analyse and redesign existing processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service quality to prolong the life of our assets in line with the Town's priorities. You'll also champion the adoption of emerging technologies and the integration of advanced asset management systems (such as with ERP, GIS etc), and will use your business partnering skills to bring key stakeholders along on the journey.

Work Related Requirements
The preferred applicant will be required to undergo a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol assessment to be considered for the role, as well as possess:
- Degree Qualifications in Asset Management, such as GIS, Information Systems, Project Management, or related field
- National Police Clearance
- Current 'C' class drivers license
- Rights to work in Australia
