You’ll steer delivery across internal teams and agency partners, managing scope, dependencies, and execution across multiple streams.

This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role. You won’t need to set strategy or own commercial decisions, but you will need to make sure we get the right things done, at the right time, with the right people.

Key Responsibilities but not limited to:

• Own and maintain the master project plan, including milestones, dependencies, and critical path
• Coordinate execution across vendors and internal teams, ensuring alignment and accountability
• Track and report on budget burn, risks, and progress.
• Identify and escalate risks, blockers, or changes to scope/budget early, with clear mitigation options
• Drive internal stakeholder engagement to support UAT, process adoption, and training execution
• Work with the Technical BA and Product Manager to translate scope into actionable deliverables
• Ensure robust go-live readiness, including UAT coordination, testing issue resolution, and post-launch support
• Own documentation including change logs, risk registers, project updates, and rollout plans

Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience managing implementation or migration projects on Shopify
• Proven experience leading complex digital or ecommerce platform projects with ERP integration or supply chain dependencies
• Strong delivery fundamentals: cross-functional coordination, timeline ownership, scope management, and risk mitigation
• Technical fluency: able to understand and communicate system dependencies, risks, and integration impacts
• Confident stakeholder manager with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience coordinating external vendors and internal delivery teams
• Comfortable working in lean environments with minimal bureaucracy and a focus on outcomes
• Previous experience in using Asana (or similar) project management platforms
• Nice to have: experience in change management, training coordination, or supporting phased rollouts

• Project delivered on time and within scope
• Internal stakeholders (especially Sales and CS) feel confident and supported in using the new tools
• Minimal downtime and disruption during cutover
• Seamless customer experience during transition, with low-friction onboarding
