Job Summary:

Vivid Health Collective are looking for a motivated and adaptable Mobile Physiotherapist to deliver high-quality, personalized physiotherapy services in patients’ homes or community settings. This role is ideal for a physiotherapist who enjoys flexibility, autonomy, and a strong patient-centered approach. In this role, you'll be supported by both directors who prioritise building a healthy and fun work culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Travel to clients’ homes or designated locations to conduct physiotherapy assessments and treatments.

Assess patient conditions, functional abilities, and mobility limitations in a home or non-clinical environment.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs and environment.

Provide manual therapy, exercise programs, and mobility training suited to home-based care.

Educate patients and caregivers on safe movement practices, injury prevention, and rehabilitation exercises.

Document treatment plans, progress, and outcomes using electronic health records or mobile documentation tools.

Communicate with GPs, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Physiotherapy (or equivalent qualification).

Registered and licensed physiotherapist in Australia.

Valid driver’s license and own vehicle transport (reimbursement provided for travel).

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

New Grads welcome to apply.

Language: Vietnamese fluent (highly regarded).

First Aid and CPR certification.

Working Conditions:

Work is primarily conducted in patients' homes or community environments.

Travel between appointments is required daily.

Flexibility in working hours may be necessary to accommodate client schedules.
