About the role

Shalom Pilates and Physio is seeking a Women's Health Physiotherapist to join our team in Ipswich, Queensland. This is a part-time position, offering flexible hours to suit your lifestyle, between 10-20 hours with work. This position is filling a maternity leave starting in October, with the option to continue on! Please still apply if you are looking to start ASAP.

What you'll be doing

Providing comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and treatments for women's health conditions

Developing personalised rehabilitation programs to help patients manage issues such as pelvic floor dysfunction, pre/post-natal care and incontinence

Educating and empowering patients to achieve their health and wellness goals

Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care

Maintaining accurate patient records and contributing to the continuous improvement of our services

What we're looking for

Degree in Physiotherapy with additional qualifications in Women's Health

Postgraduate Training in Women's/Pelvic Health: Preferably Level 2 APA or completion of WHTA courses

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with clients and colleagues

Ability to work independently and manage a varied caseload

Current AHPRA registration and APA membership

Professional indemnity insurance

Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills, with a patient-centered approach

Passionate about empowering women to improve their pelvic health and wellbeing

Flexible, adaptable and able to work as part of a multidisciplinary team as well as independently
