Working for a well-known and respected organisation this temporary Accounts Officer role offers an opportunity to take ownership of their supplier payments function. As an integral part of a small team this role offers both variety and responsibility.

The Role

Reporting to the Finance Manager this role will include:

* Accounts payable duties
* Supplier invoice processing
* Supplier query resolution
* Supplier reconciliations
* Purchase order management
* Matching to purchase orders
* Ensuring goods received
* Working closely with stakeholders
* Ensuring SLAs are met
* Preparation of monthly management reports
* SAP

Your Profile

To be successful in this role you will be required to have a proven Accounts Officer background within a large, diversified company. Prior experience in a high-volume environment will also set you up well for this opportunity.

Excellent time management and communication skills will also be required. An ability to take ownership of the role as well as build relationships with internal and external stakeholders is also essential.

Previous SAP (or large ERP) experience is also required for this role.
