About the Company

This business is a leading aluminium fabrication company specialising in the manufacturing of products for use in excavations by the building and construction industries. They are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Assembler to join their team in Dandenong South.

This is an ongoing temporary role with the opportunity to transition to permanent full-time employment after a successful probation period.

Key Responsibilities

• Read and interpret product schematics and assembly instructions
• Verify measurements and specifications of assembled components
• Operate a drill press to bore holes in metal workpieces
• Maintain quality control throughout the assembly process

Skills & Experience Required

• Current forklift licence is essential
• Experience with hand and power tools, and general machinery
• Strong time management skills
• Punctual, reliable, and able to work independently
