Cladders - Multiple Sites Southeast Melbourne

About the Role:

We’re seeking skilled and reliable Cladders to join our growing team across multiple sites in Melbourne’s southeast. Working with some of Melbourne’s leading facade companies, you’ll be specialising in high-end perforated screen and balustrade installations. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in perforated screen systems, balustrade installation, and precision hammer drill fixing techniques. You’ll be working on retail, office, and residential developments with a focus on quality, efficiency, and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

- Execute perforated screen and balustrade installations from start to finish across multiple southeast sites
- Install perforated screens with precision hammer drill fixings to specification
- Work with aluminium balustrade systems and screening solutions
- Measure, cut, and fit perforated panels to exact specifications
- Interpret and work from construction drawings and specifications
- Collaborate with site managers and other trades on deadlines and site requirements
- Maintain a clean, safe, and productive work environment
- Ensure all screen and balustrade installations meet quality standards and building codes

What We’re Looking For:

- Trade-qualified Carpenter with experience in cladding, perforated screens, or balustrade systems (desirable)
- Strong skills in aluminium installation and fixing systems
- Essential experience with perforated screen installation, balustrade work, or cladding systems
- Proven experience with hammer drill fixings and precision measuring
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- White Card and relevant tools
- Own transport
- EBA rates on offer
