Role Overview: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Peron to join our dynamic team. In this dual role, you will be the face of our customer service operations while also supporting the Store Manager in daily administrative and operational duties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers with their service inquiries both in-person and over the phone.
• Provide expert advice on tyre and vehicle services, ensuring customer needs are met with appropriate solutions.
• Prepare and present service quotes and invoices accurately and promptly.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve any service-related issues effectively.

• Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations to ensure efficiency and high service standards.
• Coordinate and schedule service appointments and workflow for the workshop.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies and products as needed.
• Support in training and mentoring junior staff members.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Previous experience in a customer service role within the automotive industry is highly desirable.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient computer skills, including experience with point-of-sale systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• A valid driver's license is required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• A proactive and positive attitude with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
