Aircraft Maintenance Engineer

Flight Training Adelaide (FTA) is a world-class aviation training provider, operating since 1982. With campuses at Parafield Airport (SA) and Wellcamp Airport (QLD), we offer customised training solutions for fixed- and rotary-wing pilots. Our Wellcamp campus also delivers training for the QANTAS Group Pilot Academy.

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (Mechanical) to join our Engineering Team in Adelaide or Wellcamp.

You’ll need to have:

Essential

Certificate IV in Aeroskills (Mechanical)

CASA licence (Engine and/or Airframe category)

General aviation maintenance experience

Experience working on single and multi-engine piston aircraft

Ability to work independently and show initiative

Valid Driver’s Licence

Hold or be eligible to obtain an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC)

Unrestricted working rights in Australia

Desirable

Composite materials experience
