Responsibilities:

Assign and explain tasks to the team, ensuring clear communication and efficient workflow.

Engage with clients, maintaining strong relationships and providing exceptional service.

Effectively manage labor, time, and materials for each task to ensure productivity and adherence to project timelines.

Supervise carpenters, apprentices, and subcontractors.

Report daily progress and variations, ensuring transparency and effective project management.

Read and interpret plans and scope of work to ensure accurate execution.

Requirements:

Carpentry expertise: Demonstrate your skills and experience in delivering high-quality workmanship.

Working with Children Check: Possess or have applied for a valid Working with Children's Card.

Own tools, driver's license, and reliable vehicle: Ensure you have the necessary equipment and means of transportation to carry out your duties effectively.
