Ray White Bendigo is seeking a full-time Sales Administrator to support our dynamic sales department. This role is ideal for someone who excels in a fast-paced environment, enjoys supporting a busy team, and has a keen eye for detail.
What you will be doing:

Supporting the Sales Manager and sales agents with day-to-day admin

Preparing sales documents, managing campaign workflows and file compliance

Liaising with solicitors, conveyancers, and the finance team

Booking media, preparing in-house marketing materials and coordinating settlements

Helping manage our offshore VA team

Staying on top of property files from pre-launch through to settlement

Reconciling the trust account and assisting with compliance processes

What we are looking for:

Minimum one year of admin experience in real estate or a similar fast-paced environment

A confident communicator with strong attention to detail

Highly organised and capable of managing multiple deadlines

Proficient in software such as Google Suite, Canva, Slack, and real estate platforms like Ignite, Realtair, and Vault

Someone who thrives in a team and loves getting things done properly the first time

A current driver’s licence and Real Estate Certificate or Licence
