Hose Assembly Supervisor Wanted!

Roster: Monday to Friday

About our client:
Our client is a leading provider of high-performance hydraulic and pneumatic solutions, serving industries that demand reliability, efficiency, and innovation.

What you will be doing:

Supervise planned works, workshop labour, and materials for scheduled, unscheduled, and emerging tasks

Assist with rostering and job coordination to minimise delays and reduce contract costs

Maintain a clear understanding of each task, job, or project and its specific requirements

Provide accurate details for scoping and estimating project costs and timeframes

Review and sign off on completed works to ensure quality and compliance

Ensure all documentation is completed, stored, and reflects project progress, variations, and delays

Accurately complete timesheets, including job durations and task breakdowns

Attend meetings to report on progress and help resolve operational issues

What you will need:
To succeed in this role, you will need:

Proven experience in hose assembly, hydraulic systems, or similar mechanical roles

Prior leadership or supervisory experience in a workshop environment

Strong understanding of hydraulic fittings, hoses, and assembly procedures

High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively under pressure

Forklift licence (preferred)

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
