We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment with the experience and confidence to manage self-employed scenarios, support a busy broker, and keep the engine running smoothly from pre-submission through to settlement.

The Role:

As our Parabroker, you'll play a critical part in ensuring loan applications are accurate, complete, and submitted on time. You’ll be the backbone of the loan process, providing a seamless experience for our clients from application to settlement.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the broker in preparing and submitting loan applications

Ensure all loan applications meet lender and compliance requirements

Provide timely and accurate updates to clients

Build and maintain strong relationships with lenders

Collate and manage all required documentation

Maintain and update client files and tracking systems

Work collaboratively with the team to meet business goals

About You:

Exceptional loan writing and end-to-end broker support experience

Proven capability in handling self-employed clients and complex loan scenarios

Confident with lender platforms, CRM systems, and tight deadlines

Strong communication skills with a client-first mindset
