The position is available immediatley and would be taking over a full case load from a current Physiotherapist who has been working for us over the past two years.

Description

Absolute Health is looking for a full time Physiotherapist to take over for a current full time (very busy) Physiotherapist working between two clinics on the beautiful Sunshine Coast. The successful applicant will take over an existing full time patient load as well as to develop their own patient base and reputation. The position is primarily musculoskeletal based. The position is available to start immediately (exact starting date is negotiable). The applicant will see a broad range of primarily musculoskeletal conditions with a mix of private, EPC, workcover, NDIS, DVA ect. The current practitioner has basic level vestibular training, which we can upskill you in, however its not a requirement.

Employment basis

The position would best suit a musculoskeletal Physiotherapist who feels comfortable managing their own case load. We can provide as little or as much training and mentoring as you need, however all our past practitioners have been highly successful at running their own patient base. A few years experience is preferred, however recent graduates who are motivated and willing to learn fast are welcome to apply. Remuneration will be based on experience and can be either a contractor (facilities fee contract) or a salary plus bonus. We have three experienced and highly trained master’s degree Physiotherapists who can provide mentorship and training. Our current Physiotherapists’ earn between 90-140k on a generous commission basis including the advertised position.

About the Practice

Absolute Health is a multidisciplinary Physiotherapy and Chiropractic clinic. We have two practice locations, one in Mooloolaba and one in Nambour. We currently have 4 Physiotherapists, 3 Chiropractors and an exercise Physiologist.

The successful applicant should want to be part of a multidisciplinary team that co-manage patients on a regular basis. Our current Physiotherapists all have over 10 years experience in owning and running their own practices as well as working in a multidisciplinary team, so some level of mentoring and training can be provided if required. You should view this position as an accelerated pathway to becoming a highly successful practitioner. We do extensive marketing to help you grow your patient base.
