Physiotherapist – Enhanced Living | Sunshine Coast QLD

About the Role
We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Physiotherapist to join our dynamic team at Enhanced Living in Maroochydore. You’ll be working in a modern, purpose-built clinic that’s home to some of the most advanced rehab equipment on the Sunshine Coast – including indoor hydrotherapy pools, body unweighting systems, and the Therasuit program.

This role is available full-time or part-time, and is perfect for someone who thrives in a multidisciplinary environment and is committed to delivering life-changing therapy.

What You’ll Be Doing

Performing detailed physiotherapy assessments and creating tailored, goal-driven treatment plans

Delivering a mix of manual therapy, exercise-based rehab, hydrotherapy, and advanced equipment-based interventions

Working alongside the allied health team in a truly team-based model

Educating and empowering clients and families to take control of their rehab journey

Maintaining accurate clinical records and contributing to service innovation and quality improvement

What We’re Looking For

A degree in Physiotherapy and current AHPRA registration

2+ years of experience, ideally in rehab, neuro, paeds, NDIS or aged care settings

A client-first mindset with strong clinical reasoning and a flexible approach

Confident communication skills and a team-oriented attitude

Passion for making real progress in clients' lives – not just ticking boxes
