Position Description
This role is responsible for working in partnership with the Payroll Manager and team and your key duties will include:

• Partnering with the Payroll Manager to reimagine and improve payroll systems and processes
• Leading the processing of fortnightly and monthly payroll using Chris 21/iChris
• Providing advice on payroll compliance, awards, EBAs, and statutory obligations
• Analysing payroll data and providing insights to guide decision-making
• Contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and best practice

The Successful Candidate
To be a success in this role you will possess:

• Previous experience in a similar payroll role, ideally with Chris 21/iChris in a healthcare or similar setting
• Strong knowledge of Australian Awards and EBAs
• Impeccable attention to detail and high accuracy
• Professional communication skills
• A proactive, improvement-focused mindset and the confidence to drive change
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
