Industry Training & Workplace Services (ITWS) is a private Registered Training Organisation (RTO) delivering national qualifications. ITWS offers an environment where both staff and students are supported to excel in their areas of expertise.

We are currently seeking Trainers (multiple positions) to deliver and assess Pre Apprentices and Apprentices the following trade disciplines:-

Automotive / Engineering Trades

To be considered for the position you will be required to meet the following Essential criteria:

An Australian recognised Trade Qualification at least to the level being delivered or assessed;

Ability to pass Working With Children licensing requirements

A minimum of 5 years experience post trade

Desirable but not essential

If you do not have the training qualifications, we will provide a mentor and training until you become qualified.

Individuals possessing a current Cert IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 - Certificate IV in Training and Assessment) will be considered favourably.

Individuals are required to demonstrate significant skills/knowledge in the following areas:

Excellent communication

Excellent time management skills

Experience working within a culturally diverse environment

Commitment to Workplace Health and Safety

The desire to further your career in the training and education field

Computer skills

Willingness to contribute to the future tradespeople in our industry

Wage starting from $80K without TAE wage rise once TAE has been completed.
