We’re looking for a passionate and highly skilled paediatric occupational therapist and physiotherapist to join our team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and their families who live in the Rockingham and Mandurah areas.

Key Responsibilities:

Assessments & Evaluations: Conduct thorough assessments to identify each child’s strengths and challenges in motor skills, sensory processing, self-regulation, and social development.

Individualised Therapy Plans: Design and implement tailored therapy plans, collaborating with families, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams to support each child’s growth.

Therapeutic Interventions: Provide one-on-one therapy at homes and schools for children with motor coordination difficulties, sensory processing challenges, ADHD, ASD, developmental delays, and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

Family & Caregiver Support: Educate and empower families with practical strategies and home-based activities to reinforce their child’s development.

Collaboration & Reporting: Work closely with teachers and fellow therapists, track progress, and complete assessment reports, NDIS documentation, and progress updates.

Requirements:

Degree in Occupational Therapy or Physiotherapy

Current AHPRA registration

Working with Children Check, National Police Clearance & Driver’s License

5 years of experience with paediatric clients (ages 7-17)—knowledge and experience of sensory processing, ASD, ADHD, or developmental disabilities is required

Strong understanding of child development, excellent communication skills, and a compassionate and creative approach
