✅ Skilled in multiple trades – ideally plumbing, carpentry, tiling, or waterproofing

✅ Own tools and reliable vehicle

✅ White Card

✅ Can confidently run a job, manage subs, and coordinate tasks

✅ Comfortable reading plans and working unsupervised

✅ Great communicator with a practical mindset

✅ Can work full-time and be consistent
