We are currently recruiting for a fast-paced, Australian-owned company that leads the market in custom window furnishings; delivering quality, innovation, and great service. Every team member and stakeholder plays a key role in its success!

We are looking for multiple Day Shift Production Workers to join our team in manufacturing high-quality window furnishings.

The Role:

Shift times are 7:00am – 3:30pm Monday to Thursday and 7:00am – 1:00pm Friday (38 hour standard week)

Located in Yatala

$32.30 per hour

Casual role with opportunity for permanency

Responsibilities:

Work on the assembly line as part of a team.

Learn and operate machinery.

Follow health and safety guidelines at all times.

Complete tasks according to standard operating procedures (S.O.P.).

About You:

The ideal candidate will have:

Experience in process work. (Desirable but not required)

A strong team mindset.

High attention to detail.

A focus on continuous improvement.

Good presentation and communication skills.

A current and valid driver’s license.

The ability to communicate across all levels of the business and with customers.

Previous experience in window furnishing manufacturing (blinds, shutters, awnings, etc.) is a plus but not required—training will be provided!
