What You’ll Do

• Manage a portfolio of corporate insolvency files including VA, CVL, receiverships, and court-appointed liquidations
• Lead teams on large, complex matters involving multiple entities and creditor groups
• Engage directly with directors, creditors, financiers, and legal representatives
• Conduct investigations, prepare statutory reports, and ensure ongoing compliance
• Mentor and supervise junior staff, reviewing work and developing capability
• Report directly to the Partners on engagement strategy and client outcomes

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years’ experience in corporate insolvency
• Experience running matters end-to-end with minimal supervision
• Exposure to both SME and larger, complex corporate insolvencies
• CA/CPA qualified (or near completion)
• Strong technical knowledge of relevant legislation and ARITA standards
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
