Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Lead multi-property revenue strategy across the Asia-Pacific region
• Oversee budgeting, pricing, forecasting, and inventory optimisation
• Consolidate property-level reports into high-impact commercial strategy
• Work closely with GMs to tailor revenue initiatives to each market
• Analyse performance using Duo and internal systems to drive growth
• Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Operations to align business outcomes
• Stay ahead of global and regional travel trends to guide strategic direction
• Deliver board-level reporting to senior stakeholders with commercial insight

What you need to bring:

• Executive-level experience in revenue leadership across multiple properties
• Background in tourism, hotel, leisure, or resort-based businesses
• Deep understanding of Duo software and other revenue management platforms
• Strong analytical, commercial, and financial acumen
• Ability to influence senior executives and regional stakeholders
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills
• A sharp eye for opportunity and a passion for travel and performance
