Inside Psychology
Posted 13 days ago
We are seeking psychologists with an interest in treatment and/ or assessment to work to join an expanding, supportive private practice setting. Both part-time and full-time roles are available.
The practice currently specialises in the provision of clinical and forensic services. Someone with an interest in one or both of these areas would fit in excellently. However, we are also open to expanding the scope of the practice to accommodate additional expertise and interests.
The role will involve a manageable workload (generally no more than an average of five clients per day), and practitioners can select their ideal combination of individual treatment, group therapy facilitation, assessments, and research.
Clients of Inside Psychology are largely adult, with some scope for adolescent treatment. We aim to provide evidence-based treatment for a range of conditions, including ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorder. Our aim is for clients to feel that they are entering a supportive and calm space upon attending our clinic.
Full-time and part-time applications are to be considered. You can select your ideal provision of in-person and telehealth services. Full administrative support, supervision, facilities, professional development, and equipment are provided.
While clinical and/ or forensic experience is desired, we are happy to work with and train someone without prior exposure to these roles who is enthusiastic to learn and develop.

Co-facilitation of group therapy programs; and
Involvement in clinical/ forensic research practice (if this is of interest to the applicant).

17% superannuation (additional to salary)
Flexibility of desired work days/ hours
Provision of high quality equipment and practice facilities
Full administrative support
Opportunities for professional development in areas of interest to you
