The Opportunity
We are seeking a proactive and organised full-time Program Support Officer to join our Integrated Care team. In this pivotal role, you'll provide high-quality program, contract and administrative support to ensure the efficient coordination and delivery of our integrated care initiatives.
What You’ll Do
- Provide project and administrative support to the Integrated Care team and internal stakeholders.
- Support collaborative healthcare initiatives with external stakeholders (e.g. hospitals, GP Liaison Officers).
- Coordinate meetings, events and professional development activities, including logistics and Zoom facilitation.
- Maintain accurate contract and database records, support due diligence processes and track deliverables.
- Contribute to general office administration and support reception coverage when required.
About you:
- Experience in administrative support, diary coordination, and meeting management.
- Strong attention to detail, proactive work ethic and excellent communication skills.
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to manage sensitive information professionally and maintain accurate records.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and knowledge of the primary health care sector is desirable.
- Flexibility to occasionally work evenings and Saturdays for key events.

Salary: Full-time (1.0 FTE) + Base $64737.36 + 12% super + salary packaging + 17.5% leave loading.
