We are seeking a compassionate, self-aware and emotionally intelligent Home Care Worker to join our team in providing high-quality, person-centered care to individuals in their homes. The ideal candidate will bring not only practical caregiving skills, but also a deep sense of self-awareness, respect, and attentiveness to the emotional and physical needs of those they serve.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist clients with daily living activities (bathing, grooming, meal prep, mobility support, etc.)

Monitor and document clients’ physical and emotional well-being

Maintain open, respectful, and empathetic communication with clients and families

Create and maintain a supportive, calm, and safe home environment

Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members as needed

What We’re Looking For:

A strong sense of self-awareness and emotional regulation

Ability to reflect on one’s actions and adapt to each client’s unique needs

Excellent listening and interpersonal skills

Experience in caregiving, home care, or healthcare (preferred but not required) Training will be provided.

Patience, presence, and a sincere desire to support others

Respect for client autonomy, dignity, and boundaries
