About the role
Our client is a well-established family-owned business supplying prefabricated timber wall frames, roof trusses and other related products throughout Victoria for over 30 years.

Our client is currently looking for an experienced Frame & Truss Assembler to join their team in Sunshine.

Hours:
Monday – Thursday, 6:45am – 3:15pm
Friday, 6:45am - 2:30pm

Rate:
$29.33 - 32.25 per hour + superannuation, dependent on skill level

Duties:

Read and interpret construction plans, technical drawings, and job specifications.

Measure, cut, and assemble timber components for wall frames a roof trusses.

Operate power tools and machinery such as drop saws, nail guns, and automated press systems.

Ensure all components meet quality standards and correct specifications.

Follow safe work procedures and maintain a clean, organised workspace.

Load and unload timber and finished trusses/frames as required.

To be successful in this role, applicants must have:

Previous experience in timber framing, truss manufacturing, or similar carpentry work.

Ability to read and interpret plans and measurements accurately.

Confident use of hand and power tools.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.

Good physical fitness and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Punctual, reliable, and able to work well in a team.

Full, unrestricted working rights.
