We are currently seeking casual/part-time, Direct Care Employees at our growing facility.

Direct Care Employees will be responsible for providing care to our residents in a welcoming home style work environment. A passion for Aged Care and the ability to communicate effectively with older people.

Cooinda Court is a unique 30 bed home located within Junee. Cooinda Court is an independent Not-For-Profit facility governed by a Board of Directors. Cooinda Court is seeking Registered Nurses for clinical care.

· The ability and commitment to work within a multi-skilled team

· Practice in accordance with Cooinda Court policies and procedures and the position description

· Provide clinical leadership and support to clinical staff and relevant health professionals

· Ability to work effectively as a member of the team and provide/support quality resident care

· Salary packaging benefits as a not-for-profit organisation to increase take home pay

· Previous experience as Registered Nurse

· Understanding of continuous quality improvement and accreditation

· As part of the application process, you will be required to undergo a National Criminal History Check and the right to work in Australia

· Essential requirement: AHPRA Registration
