Our Client based in Morningside is looking for a Factory Cleaner to join their team. Commercial cleaning (pro-pack machine cleaner preferred) experience and have knowledge of chemical handling.

Applicants must be available for ongoing work and weekend work

Payrate starting at $34 weekend rates up to $45 per hour

Duties will include:

• Sweeping and mopping of factory and warehouse floors
• High pressure cleaning of machinery
• Cleaning tops of cabinets and lockers - will be required to climb small stepladder
• Breaking down pallets and rubbish such as packaging to dispose of
• Sorting general rubbish and recycling
• General housekeeping

PREVIOUS CLEANING EXPERIENCE IN A FACTORY OR WAREHOUSE HIGHLY REGARDED

To be considered for this role you must:

• Be available for work during the week and on weekends
• Have a strong focus on time management, attention to detail and cleanliness
• Previous cleaning experience in a similar role
• Physically fit and able to lift up to 20kgs
• Be motivated, energetic, and enthusiastic
• Be a hardworking individual
• Able to work on their feet for the entire shift
• Safety focused
