Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Complete post-build cleans on new homes, duplexes, and apartments
• Ensure properties are handover-ready and polished to perfection
• Work to construction timelines and handover deadlines
• Liaise with site supervisors and project teams on-site
• Clean delicate surfaces without damage or disruption
• Flag and report any issues or defects noticed during cleaning

What you need to bring:

• Solid experience in builder or construction cleans (residential cleaning experience alone won’t cut it)
• ABN and current public liability insurance
• Your own transport and cleaning equipment
• High attention to detail and professional presentation
• Reliability, self-motivation, and strong communication skills
