Here Agency is a full-service creative studio based on the Gold Coast. We partner with ambitious brands across strategy, design, digital and content. We’re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join us in-house at Here Agency. You’ll lead bold brand development across print, digital, social and marketing, working closely with a team that values smart thinking, sharp craft and genuine passion for what you do. Your portfolio must impress. Big ideas and good vibes are essential.

Your Role:
Lead the creation and evolution of brand identity systems;
Own projects from strategy to execution across print, digital and social;
Collaborate with strategy, content and digital teams;
Manage and mentor junior designers within the branding department;
Shape visual direction and present work with clarity and rationale;
Translate positioning into smart, expressive visual systems;
Drive long-term brand growth across touchpoints.

About You
5+ years of experience in a creative agency or brand studio environment;
Proven portfolio showcasing full brand development from concept to execution;
Mastery of Adobe CC and Figma; After Effects and Premiere Pro skills are a plus;
Strong strategic mindset with a collaborative, team-first approach;
Confident in presenting work clearly and managing multiple deadlines effectively;
Demonstrated experience leading and mentoring designers;
Deep passion for meaningful, design-led brand building and a commitment to bringing your A-game.
