We currently hold contracts within the housing sector, specifically for routine maintenance.

Work consists of (but not limited to) a wide range of maintenance services from hanging and renewing doors to rewiring of fly-screens, replacing of skirting, replacing of door locks and handles, rectification of roof leaks and so on.

All work has a specific time frame of completion which must be met.

Only serious applicants apply with the below experience and qualifications:

-Experience within the carpentry and maintenance industry is a must.

-Own tools and vehicle

-Police Clearance- no more then 3 months old

-Asbestos awareness certificate.

-Smartphone savvy as work is accepted and completed via app

-White or blue card

-ABN

Successful applicants will need to be reliable, trustworthy and able to work unsupervised.
