We’re seeking a motivated and organised Project Support Officer to provide operational, administrative, and customer support to a major government energy affordability program. You’ll play a key role in helping communities access vital support, working across teams to ensure timely and effective program delivery.

Key responsibilities:

• Support daily operations of a large-scale government-funded program
• Respond to customer and stakeholder enquiries with empathy and efficiency
• Assist with program reporting, tracking and continuous improvement activities
• Collaborate across teams to help resolve delivery challenges and improve processes

About you:
You bring a strong customer service mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to juggle competing priorities. You’re proactive, organised, and thrive in team-based, fast-paced environments.

To succeed in this role, you will have:

• Proven experience in project, program or administrative support roles
• Strong interpersonal and organisational skills
• Ability to build stakeholder relationships and manage customer queries
• (Desirable) Exposure to government processes or energy-related programs
