Our client is a leading Global Logistics Provider servicing a well-known national and international brand. This team plays a pivotal role in the timely despatch of stock, ensuring the highest quality of service is upheld.

About the role

You will support a busy transport operations team responsible for the timely processing and despatch of orders.

• Coordination of outbound orders via linehaul, regional agents and direct loads
• Planning and scheduling transport requirements with accuracy and efficiency
• Coordinating with the warehouse team, carriers and state linehaul team regarding orders on the floor
• Providing regular communication back to the transport operation and interstate networks
• RF scanning of outbound linehaul orders

About you

• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Experience with logistics coordination or fleet operations (preferred)
• Comfortable using RF scanning and basic transport systems
• Effective communication skills and attention to detail
• A positive attitude towards work and the ability to commence ASAP
