Current Opportunities:

Runaway Bay QLD: Monday to Thursday (7:15 am to 5:30 pm) – 1 child, 16 months old – $39.52 per hour

Pimpama QLD: Monday to Friday (7:45 am to 9:00 am, 2:45 pm to 5:00 pm / 8:00 am to 4:00 pm in school holidays) – 1 child, 6 years old with complex needs – $41.00 per hour

Highland Park QLD: Any two days (8:00 am to 5:00 pm) – 1 child, 2 years old – $41 per hour

Oxenford QLD: 3-year-old care: Monday and every second Wednesday | 6:30 AM – 6:30 PM Care for 5, 7 and 8-year-olds: Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday: Morning: 6:30 AM – 9:00 AM (3 hours paid) Afternoon: 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM Thursday: 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM (experience working with complex needs and trauma) $45 per hour

About the Role:

High-Quality Care: Provide tailored educational support and care in the child’s home environment.

Creative Planning: Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities designed to meet the individual needs of each child.

Collaboration: Work closely with families and the IHC team to ensure the best outcomes.

Compliance and Documentation: Maintain safety, accurate records, and routines in line with regulatory standards.

What You Need:

Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (JP verified)

Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certification

Current Blue Card and Police Clearance

ABN and Public Liability Insurance (or willingness to obtain)

Child Protection Refresher (current)

Confidence in independent work and providing care in home settings

Min 2 years’ experience

Experience supporting children with additional needs is highly desirable
