Occupational Therapist – Community & Telehealth

Hourly rate: $115 (inclusive of casual loading) | Hours: 24–30 p/w, choose your days

Location: Hybrid – work from home for telehealth & documentation + community visits across metro Melbourne as required.

Key responsibilities

Conduct Functional Capacity Assesments, Activities of Daily Living & sensory assessments and write high-quality NDIS reports

Prescribe Assistive Technology and minor home modifications

Deliver evidence-based therapy plans (motor, cognitive, sensory, re-ablement) face-to-face and online

Developing and implementing individualised rehabilitation programs to address clients' physical, cognitive, and psychosocial needs

Coach families, Support Workers & Therapy Assistants

Mental Health & Psychosocial

Documenting client progress and maintaining detailed clinical records

About You

AHPRA-registered Occupational Therapist with Australian working rights

Community, NDIS or aged-care experience

Nice to have: cultural competence with CALD or Aboriginal communities.

Able to manage a mobile community caseload and WFH schedule

Current driver licence + reliable, insured vehicle

NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain)
