We are looking for a HSE Advisor to join their team on a 2/1 roster. This role offers a competitive salary package, including a 40% uplift, and a range of benefits designed to support your career and well-being.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience: At least 3 years as an HSE Advisor, in civil resources.

• Qualifications: Certificate IV in OH&S and ICAM Lead Investigator training.

• Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and incident management systems, along with a current First Aid Certificate and C Class Drivers Licence.

• Background: Previous FIFO site-based experience. RTIO inducted highly regarded.

What You'll Do:

• Safety Leadership: Maintain and enhance our client's strong safety culture.

• Support: Assist project teams and supervisors in planning, training, and hazard prevention.

• Investigations: Conduct and report on HSE incident investigations, developing and implementing corrective actions.

• Inspections: Regularly inspect HSE processes, systems, and site environments.

• Innovation: Develop and present solutions that balance safety with productivity.
