Job Title: Concrete Agitator Truck Driver

Location: Burleigh Heads - Nucon Burleigh

Employment Type: Full time 5.5 days a week

We are seeking a full time Agitator Driver to operate our HR agitator truck out of Nucon Burleigh in Burleigh Heads. Previous Agitator and truck driving experience is desirable but all training can be provided to the right applicant with a good attitude and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities:

- Safely and efficiently operate a concrete truck to transport and deliver concrete to construction sites

- Ensure proper loading and unloading of concrete materials

- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the truck, ensuring its overall condition and reporting any maintenance or safety issues

- Follow all traffic laws and regulations while driving and operate the truck in lawful manner

- Collaborate with construction site personnel to properly pour and place concrete materials

- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including the amount and type of concrete delivered, and any delays or issues encountered

- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding safety and quality control

- Maintain a clean and organized truck, both inside and out

- Provide exceptional customer service and represent the company in a professional and courteous manner

Requirements:

- Valid HR Drivers License

- White Card

- Proven work experience as a concrete truck driver or similar role within the concrete or transport industry

- Excellent driving skills and a clean driving record

- Knowledge of concrete mixing and pouring techniques is preferred

- Ability to operate automatic transmission trucks

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with team members and customers

- Physical stamina to handle repetitive tasks and lift heavy materials

- Flexibility to work long hours and weekends, as required

- Attention to detail and a commitment to safety protocols

- Clean driving history
