About the role:
The firm focuses exclusively on estate planning (not litigation) and as part of the close-knit team you will provide tailored estate planning advice to high-net-worth individuals and families. The matters are genuinely complex, often involving multiple entities, trusts, tax, superannuation and property considerations.

Your work will include:

• advising on sophisticated estate planning strategies, asset protectionm, superannuation and tax;
• collaborating with other professionals to deliver holistic client outcomes;
• developing deep expertise through structured, industry-leading training

Skills/Experience:
To be considered you will have:

• A law degree from a top-tier university with minimum GPA of 5.5
• Experience in succession planning, property or commercial law (any level). This role suits both experienced succession lawyers from quality practices, and strong general commercial or property lawyers looking to specialise in this intellectually rewarding area.
• Strong drafting and analytical skills with great attention to detail
• Excellent client relationship skills and a genuine interest in learning
