Why ISA?
Inclusive Solutions Australia (ISA) is not your average NDIS provider. We’re a fast-growing, purpose-led organisation known for outstanding service delivery, sector-leading compliance, and a genuine commitment to participant outcomes.
Our reputation is built on substance. We’re known across the industry for our rigorous NDIS Practice Standards, audit-ready systems, and a culture of excellence. Whether we’re onboarding new participants, launching community programs, or preparing for compliance reviews, we hold ourselves to a higher standard - and we deliver.
We’re now on the lookout for an Accounts Manager who brings not just financial capability, but a collaborative attitude and sharp eye for detail, someone who can own their space, support our team, and ensure every invoice, pay run, and funding line meets the gold standard we’ve set.
About the Role
This is a hands-on, strategic finance role that supports the CEO and the leadership team to manage all internal financial systems, with a strong focus on NDIS invoicing, payroll, funding reconciliation, and audit compliance.
You’ll be embedded in the operations of a truly values-driven business — working closely with our service and intake teams to ensure that participant funding is correctly allocated, processed, and claimed, every time.
This role suits someone who thrives in a compliance-led environment, but who also enjoys being part of a down-to-earth, fun, and high-performing team.
Your Responsibilities
Manage accounts payable and receivable using Xero
Oversee all NDIS invoicing in line with Service Agreements, pricing rules, and ShiftCare records
Process payroll fortnightly with full verification and alignment to internal policies
Track and reconcile participant budgets, ensuring service delivery stays within plan
Support internal audit preparation and financial risk reporting
Collaborate with Team Leaders, Intake Officers, and the Compliance Manager
Engage with participants and plan managers to ensure accuracy and transparency in all financial communications
What You Bring
3+ years’ experience in accounts, payroll, or finance (NDIS sector experience is highly valued)
Strong understanding of Xero and Microsoft Excel
High-level attention to detail, with a commitment to accuracy and accountability
A clear understanding of NDIS pricing, billing, and audit standards
Strong communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented mindset
The ability to work independently while staying aligned with team goals and deadlines
Why You’ll Love Working With Us
Be part of a genuinely supportive, fast-moving, and highly professional team
Work in an organisation known for leading the way in NDIS compliance and best practice
Flexible hybrid working (office and WFH)
Leadership that values transparency, initiative, and personal growth
A no-politics culture where people are kind, capable, and focused on doing things right
A real sense of purpose — the work you do helps drive better outcomes for real people
